Hydrogen Fuel Generator Principles

With the price of gas at $4 a gallon and above, people are looking at ways to to increase their mpg. One of the emerging gas saving technologies is running cars on hydrogen. A way to accomplish this while not having to modify your cars current setup is to add a hydrogen fuel generator. A hydrogen fuel generator can be built at home in about a weekend using easily obtainable parts from of all places, pet stores, Home Depot, and auto parts stores. This article will examine a hydrogen fuel generator, how it works, basic construction, and how it connects to an engine. With this technology, you can start enjoying gas and money saving benefits and higher mpg.

With a hydrogen fuel generator, you are not going to run your car strictly on hydrogen. What the generator does is break water down into it's two elements, hydrogen and oxygen, and introduces them into the air intake of your engine where they are mixed with the gasoline your car is already using. The gas from the generator is actually HHO or Browns gas. The HHO mixes with gasoline and helps it to burn more efficiently and cleanly. In this way you get better mpg.

The process of breaking apart the water elements is called electrolysis, and it is accomplished by submersing positive and negative electrodes into a container of water with a small amount of baking soda mixed in, and running a small electrical current through the water/baking soda mix. The gases are pulled out of the container by the engines vacuum, and introduced into the air intake. As they make their way into the cylinders, the gases are mixed with gasoline and ignited. As stated previously, the mixed hydrogen gas, oxygen gas, and gasoline burns much more cleanly, completely, and efficiently. You will be saving on gas and money.

The hydrogen fuel generator will work in just about any climate. If you happen to live where it is very cold, simply add a bit of antifreeze to the water, to keep it from freezing. The process will not be affected in the least.

Top off the hydrogen fuel generator with fresh distilled water every month or so, and make sure all the hoses and wires are still properly in place, and you can be enjoying money savings, and environmentally friendly transportation for years to come!
