Run Your Car On Water

Run your car on water? Wouldn't that be great? No more high prices for gas, and since hydrogen burns cleanly, no more pollution from auto exhaust.

So how do you run your car on H2O? Good question. Actually you don't run the engine on water, you still run the car on gas, but you raise the octane level of the gas by mixing it with Brown's gas – the product of electrolysis and water – the Brown's gas and gasoline mixed burn much more efficiently and with less waste than gasoline alone. In this way, the gas mileage of your car can be greatly increased and you pay less of the high gasoline prices.

The process of separating the individual gases out of water has been around for at least a century. Now, it is being looked at with great interest as an alternative fuel source for cars and trucks as the prices of gasoline go sky high.

There are many sites on the Internet that offer kits and plans to build your own hydrogen generator that'll fit under the hood of your car and provide all the Brown's gas you need, on demand. But do they work? Or is it just a waste of your good money to purchase one of these manuals?

Supporters of both sides have weighed in on the issue, including the Myth busters team. Myth busters claims to have busted the myth, but they tried to run a car only on Brown's gas – not mixing it with gasoline. All the manuals online use the Brown's gas to improve the burning efficiency of gasoline thus improving mileage. I would like to see the myth busters team redo the experiment following the waterforgas method explicitly.

A simple search of You tube produces hundreds of examples of cars running on Brown's gas, from watching them, it looks likely that at least a small increase in mileage is possible. The best way to find out for yourself would be to build a generator yourself and see if you get increased mileage. A generator can be built in less than a weekend for about $50, and the increased savings you might realize just may be a pleasant surprise.
